The Process to sign up is as follows:

the following information, once this is done, I will determine if I am a good fit to help you with your goals.

  • Do you currently workout
  • List me your current meals 
  • What are your goals

Once I obtain your information and read over things, you will get a reply email within 24 hours, at this point I will let you know if I am willing to proceed in assisting you with your new goals. 

If we proceed, I will tell you how you can make payment and once that is done, I need 5-7 business days to create the custom program. 

You will have the option to send updates weekly or bi-weekly. 
I am well aware that sometimes accountability is needed in order to push through. 



Your Program Continued:

Nutrition:
I will allow you to choose if you prefer me let you know what to eat my by meal, or we can do a macro count program. 

If we go meal by meal, I will give you the oz of gram of each food I suggest to you & break it down to 4-6 meals per day. 

Training:
Based on your availability in the gym ranging from total number of days you can go as well as the time you have to spend. 

  • Please be available at least 3 days per week and at least 45 mins per session. 

Your training plan will include exactly what to work, what days to do this or that along with the total number of sets, reps, rest time & 98% of the time, include training clips of how to perform movements. 

Abs:
Detailed in the same way as training

Cardio:
Prescribed based on goals.
