Once you complete the forms, please email me at Steve@fitnesspoynters.com to notify me you are interested in working with me & the forms are complete.
Once I obtain your information and read over things, you will get a reply email within 24 hours, at this point I will let you know if I am willing to proceed in assisting you with your new goals.
If I agree to assist you & honestly, the only reason that I would not is if you are not willing to go through the proper channels so I can get you on the healthy track "internally" while we make physical changes.
*This could mean getting blood work done*
You will have the option to send updates weekly or bi-weekly.
I am well aware that sometimes accountability is needed in order to push through.

Nutrition:
I will allow you to choose if you prefer me let you know what to eat meal by meal, or we can do a macro count program.
If we go meal by meal, I will give you the oz of gram of each food I suggest to you & break it down to 4-6 meals per day.
Training:
Based on your availability in the gym ranging from total number of days you can go as well as the time you have to spend.
- Please be available at least 3 days per week and at least 45 mins per session.
Your training plan will include exactly what to work, what days to do this or that along with the total number of sets, reps, rest time & 98% of the time, include training clips of how to perform movements.
Abs:
Detailed in the same way as training
Cardio:
Prescribed based on goals.

This is a one-time payment of $300.00 but after 4 weeks, an additional monthly fee is brought in which is $50 per month for this program
