Extreme Muscle Mass Construction Plan

This is a combination of a Mass workout as well as a Mass gaining Meal Plan:

The Meal Plan is designed to do what it says: Give you all out mass gains.  Do not expect any cuts to appear if you follow this meal plan. I have you eating a lot and often.  You will take in high proteins, high carbs and nice healthy fats.  I tell you what to eat, when to eat and how much you need to eat to cause the gains to come to you.

The workout is for all out Mass, please do not expect many cuts to appear with this workout. It is for the most part, low repped and heavy lifts are required. The heavier you lift, the greater the mass you will add. You will be required to lift at least 4 days per week
with a max of 5 days.
