This is our most popular plan for Fat Loss and Lean Mass Gains.  This plan is customized to fit you and your goals. I will design the program based on several questions I will have you for you inside a questionnaire in which you receive after purchase.

I can design this workout in many ways, from lean muscle mass gains and fat loss to fat loss only. As previously mentioned, I will draw up the workout and meal plan based on the information you return to me in your questionnaire .

You are purchasing a meal plan customized to help you meet your goals. You will be given a tailored meal plan to get you going, after 13-17 days we will ask for an update, if you supply progression pics with that update, we will alter your meals up for you, the meal alterations will be needed in order to get you to the next level, we simply can't give you one set of meals and expect you use the same outline & keep seeing changes over 12 weeks.   You will need to be able to consume a numerous amount of meals per day, 4-6 meals per day is required, the more times you can eat, the greater the progression.
An example of how your meals may be done! If you are one who eats really bad now, we'll start your initial meals off with higher carbs and a few meals per day, once we get you accustomed and you turn in that 1st update, we'll begin to change the meals up to add in more meals or perhaps lower carbs, up the carbs, add in a cheat meal, basically whatever I feel is necessary based on these updates you provide..

The workout is anywhere from 4-6 days training, depending on your goals and availability to workout with weight. I tell you what body part to work, how many sets, reps, rest time as well as ab work and if I see you need to do cardio, that will be added in on certain days of the week.
Please note that Cardio isn’t our staple program to help you hit your goals, weight lifting is the most beneficial tool to cutting body fat. It’s been proven that you burn way more calories weight training than you do while only doing cardio. When you combine the 2( if needed) , the results can be simply amazing.

Never worked out with weight before? No problem, I can start you out on a really light workout program, send you pictures showing you how to do each move on the workout, I can also lead you to videos showing you how to do each move. I put you on that from 4-6 weeks or until you feel confident enough to go onto a more intense workout program.

Please be available to train a minimum of 4 days per week with resistance.

This plan is for your use inside your home, it’s for those who do not have access to a gym for more than 4 days per week. It’s designed for parents or caregivers who have no way to find someone to watch their child or dependent member while they workout . It’s for anyone that just doesn’t want to go to a gym due to several reasons.

Your workouts will be created based on several things we ask you inside a questionnaire in which you will receive on the same day as purchase. We normally send those out around 10pm est. Each night. We ask you 15 questions pertaining to workouts, what equipment you have( if any), how you currently eat, sleep etc. We ask for lots of detail so we can create the best plan for you based on your goals etc.

Your meals will be based on several things , we’ll ask you a series of questions inside your questionnaire pertaining to eating as well. After we collect the info from you , we’ll create your meal plan in the best way possible to help you reach your goals. We alter the meals up based on progression updates we ask of you which may be every 13-21 days. Eating is what brings you 80% of your progress, so it will be crucial to follow your meals for optimal results.

To sum this package up, it’s for anyone looking to change their life through fitness and needs to do so in the privacy of their own home.

This is a program based on any length of time you wish to run it, if you update me on progress every 13-21 days or as I ask of you when drawing up your program, With your drive and discipline along with consistency to get results, we'll keep your program altered up as needed so that your body keeps changing for you. Psychotic Fat Destruction

The Psychotic plan is a 12 week plan designed to help you lose the maximum amount of fat possible in a 12 week time period while remaining healthy.

This plan comes with a combination of your Meal plan, cardio routine & multiple workouts..

Your meals will be altered every 13-21 days , but only if you provide the progression pics that are due after every 2 phases. The more work you put in and the more consistent you are, the greater the results you will see , for those results and your dedication levels.

This is one of our best plans for fat loss, the workouts are tough, it’s not your traditional style of training, we have many different phases to this which means your workouts will change every 2 weeks, every workout you get will have a different style of training to it. All the information pertaining to this program can be found below in the program description.

The workout will change every 2 weeks for a total of 12 weeks or 6 phases.  The purpose of changing workouts is to keep your body in constant SHOCK, the greater the shock your body endures, the greater the results will be.  It will never allow your body to adapt to one particular workout.
This program can be used by a beginner to the most advanced, if you are a beginner, we will put you on a light workout to get you accustomed to the intensity of this program. That is free in addition to the PFD.

PHASE 1: 

You lift heavy for this phase, which causes great fat burning due to the lifts you will be making.  The heavy lifting has caused lean mass gains, so you may not see the scale numbers drop in this phase, but you will see a huge change in body fat percentage and the way clothing fits.  Number of workout days is 4.

PHASE 2:

You will once again be heavy lifting, but you will do one final set of every move with a really high amount of reps.  During this phase, you will see more fat loss and with the high reps included, you will begin to see the number of the scale move.  Number of workout day is 4 and duration at the gym is about 90 minutes.

PHASE 3: 

This phase brings you close to 6 days per week of training.  You go into really high lifts, and you will be targeting every body part 2 times per week.  5-6 weeks is the average time it takes for someone on a “diet” to start losing fat, but you are way ahead of the game here, as the fat is already meltingm it goes into overdrive here as your metabolism is beginning to speed up due to the meals you are taking in.  You will need about 1 hour and 20 minutes  per session to complete this phase.

PHASE 4:

This phase brings really high reps, and you are now at 5 days per week of training.  You will mix and match the body parts you target, causing an insane shock to your body.  The fat is still melting, and you will need about 1 hour and 20 minutes per session to complete this phase.

PHASE 5: 

Here you go into a phase where you will do 3 consecutive moves with no rest between sets.  This brings major cardiovascular endurance to your body, as well as insane fat burning from another fast placed workout that will build endurance and stamina, as well as insane fat burning from the workouts incorporated with light and heavy lifts.  You will need about 1 hour and 15 minutes per session to complete this phase.

PHASE 6: 

You have made it to the final weeks, you should see really great progress here.  This workout is 4 back to back moves that have you heavy lifting as well as lifting for high reps.  It is another fast paced workout that will build endurance and stamina, as well as increase lean mass and cut the remaining fat off of you.  This phase can also be purchased individually as the Extreme Fat Destruction program.  The time duration to complete the entire workout ranges from 50 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes per session.

  There is no limit on the number of emails I will accept from you, if you are dedicated and committed to your goals and can show me the changes you are making. For instance, do not expect me to assist you if you go missing for 6-8 weeks with no check-ins or updates.

Package Pricing:

This program will require a $125.00 start up fee and then after every other phase, you will be required to submit a $30 payment before moving on. Payments will be due after 4 weeks & 8 weeks.

You aren't required to pay the additional fees at the 4th week, if you are happy with what you have, you can stay there with no alterations If you continue to work with me after the 12 weeks, we can work out a price based on your progression pics . The greater the progression , the better deal you get.

Fat Destruction Meal Plan

The Fat Destruction Meal Plan is designed to fit your needs in order for you to obtain the leanest body you can desire!

Allergies & Dislikes of foods are taken into consideration upon competing your meal plan.

The plan is based on your age, weight, height, and fitness goals. I will tell you what to eat, when to eat, and how much. The meals are simple made and most meals can be consumed within a matter of minutes. You are purchasing one meal plan but I will ask you for updates every 13-21 days, if you can show me progression , I will happily look at altering your meals with each update so that we can get you closer and closer to your goal and give you some variety in those meals. . I will be assessing a $25 fee every 5th week. I will answer all emails for those who stay driven and dedicated, however, if you fall off, and do not report in as asked or at least inform me of what's going on with things, then don't expect me to assist you , if indeed the cause was lack of discipline. There is no limit on the amount of emails I will accept from you, if you are staying on point, driven and determined to make change happen..

PowerLifter Meal Program

The Powerlifter Meal program is something we have recently started doing. As powerlifters have came to use looking for help in dropping weight and not having to go through a hard water cut for the final week of prep before the Meet. We have had great success in getting many Male and Female lifters ready for their meets without having to little to no water manipulation.

We do a lot of meal alterations based on the competitors weight every 10-13 days. I alter meals based on the changes the person has made & as the person comes into the final 2 weeks, updates are asked for more frequently.

Not only are the lifters seeing their weight come down, they are getting stronger with the progression and this is all due to my putting them on high quality foods.

There will be a lot of dedication needed but who wouldn't be dedicated if you are seeing things happen that hasn't before and the whole process of meeting your weight is getting easier and you are getting new strength which leads to new PR's.

You are purchasing one workout that can be run up to 12 weeks in duration. I will ask for updates every 17-25 days, if you can show me the changes you are making , I will look at altering your workout for no charge from week 7-12. You will be required to do resistance training with a minimum of 4 days. I will not create a plan if you can only train less than 4 days. The $250,000 Bodybuilding.com challenge is open for registration. I would love to assist you in your transformation for the shot to win the Grand Prize. I trained the winners in 2011 plus had a runner up in 2012 & 2013.

I treat the challenge program just as I do the Competition Prep package, we ask you for updates every 13-15 days and with those updates, current progress pics are due but you must also post progress pics on bb.com because the more you post showing change, the higher chance you have of winning, they really like you to be active on site during the 12 weeks.

Meals are altered at almost every update , as long as I can see changes by you, your cardio may be altered as well and workouts will be altered as I see needed but not nearly as often as your meals and cardio.
