Extreme Fat Destruction Workout

The workout is based off either the Extreme Fat Destruction or the Home Edition Program

I will design your training plan based on goals in which I obtain in your questionnaire after purchase. 
A lot of my training plans are already made but I have over 30 to choose from, I have tested out every one of them for over 10 weeks to ensure they are legit. 

I can put you on 4-6 days of training per week, generally it's 5 but there's no issue going to 4 if you need. 
I can't go lower than 4, I personally don't feel you can target each area needed in only 3 days, without over training some muscle. 

I will tell you everything to do, from how many reps, sets, rest time.. I can't tell you what to lift, I have no clue on your strengths. 
Ab work is included with this program. 

Each program can be ran up to 12 weeks but odds are if you keep me updated with things, we will alter things around week 8 rather than week 12. 

Please note that nutirtion is 80% of a goal, if nutrition isn't dialed in, you won't see much happen with progression.

$165 is your Fee, it's a one time change.. No monthly fees for training plans only.
