Extreme Fat Destruction Workout
The workout is based off either the Extreme Fat Destruction or the Home Edition Program
You are purchasing one workout that can be run up to 12 weeks in duration. I will ask for updates every 17-25 days, if you can show me the changes you are making , I will look at altering your workout for no charge from week 7-12. You will be required to do resistance training with a minimum of 4 days. I will not create a plan if you can only train less than 4 days. All emails will be answered prior, during, or after plan is purchased. There is no limit on the amount of emails I will accept from you.
