What happens after I purchase a plan?
Once payment is received, I will be notified of the payment by paypal. Around 9 or 10pm est, you will be sent a questionnaire from steve[@]fitnesspoynters.com . You will answer a series of simple questions inside this form and when you return it to me, I will create your program off of your answers, your workouts, meals, cardio etc will all be designed and tailored to you based on your answers.
After your plan is completed and sent to you via email, I will answer any and all emails associated with your purchase. Please allow 2-3 days for your plan to be completed and sent to you via email. I will support you 100% as long as you stay focused and driven and let me know that you are committed to changing your life through fitness.
Do you accept Credit Cards? What other form of Payment?
I do not personally take credit cards, but if you click pay with the paypal button, you will be redirected to paypal and when you are there, you have the option of paying with a credit card. I also accept Money Orders, Money Grams and Travelers and Cashiers Checks: No personal Checks.
Are the workouts tailored for me personally?
Yes, every workout, every meal plan is tailored directly to you based on the answers you put inside that important questionnaire. A lot of my workouts are pre-designed but I will guarantee I have something that will work for you. If not, I will customize it for you and your needs.
How long can I use this Workout and / or Meal Plan?
I don’t call these diets, they are very healthy and a person could run them for as long as they desire, however, it is wise to change your workout up after around the 8-10 week mark. This will just shock your body and cause more change to come your way.
I alter workouts for a small charge after that 8-10 week mark.
If you feel as though you are not progressing on your current meals, I will work with you on altering those up if you can show me some progression you have made, I can make the meals stricter or we may add in a cheat meal after a few weeks.
What plan is for me? Extreme Fat Destruction or Psychotic?
I like to say the Extreme Fat Destruction is the best package for lean mass gains and for the loss of bodyfat when gaining that lean mass. I have a ton of workouts to choose from to put you on , based on goals, the workouts can take 45 mins up to 1 hour and 45 mins, again, all based on your availability in the gym and those goals you have. I can also tailor these workouts from 4-6 days a week and focus on lagging body parts if needed.
The Psychotic workout is a hardcore workout that will have you in the gym anywhere from 4 – 6 days per week, which is mandatory with this program. This is my all out best fat burning workout , this workoutchanges every 2 weeks to keep your body in constant shock, causing greater changes. The meal plans will be designed to fit your needs, just like with the EFD package.
When will I see changes?
Everyone is different, so I can’t guarantee when your change will start, so much comes into play such as, were you currently working out, what were you doing, how were you eating, were you doing cardio, what you weigh, your age, male or female, with all those factors to add in, it makes it impossible to say when your changes will happen.
I’ve saw change happen for people within a week and some people has taken up to 4-4.5 weeks to see change but once it starts and you stay committed, you can take it as far as you like.
Are supplements required for me to see maximum results?
Not at all. I do like to suggest a protein powder but anything outside of that is up to you and if you need help on deciding what to use, I am here to assist you with that. I stay up to date on all the latest supplements and which would bring you the best results based on your goals.
What If I am a Vegetarian or Vegan?
I can easily do Vegetarian meal plans, Please email me in regards to Vegan meal plans.
What if I have a Home Gym?
We now have the Extreme Fat Destruction : Home Edition available to you. After purchase, we send you a questionnaire and inside that questionnaire, we will ask you what equipment you have to work with. It doesn’t matter if it’s a full gym or only gallon water jugs or similar to use as weight, we’ll get you taken care of .
We can also make some very inexpensive suggestions to you shall you have no equipment but would like to get on this program.
