Below is what your Program will Consist of!
• A Training plan that will range from 4-6 days per week, the decision on the training plan will come from answers you give me in a questionnaire after you join the team.
If you are a beginner to the most advanced, I have you covered.
• Your Meal(Nutrition)plan is customized to your goals, I decide how to write up your meal plan based on those questionnaire answers as well.
I will design a suggested nutrition plan which will require no Guesswork! I will tell you what, when and how much to eat..
We may start you out on 4 meals per day and ease you into 5 or 6 or we may start you off at 6 or if you are someone who does intermittent fasting, we can also discuss doing that in a proper way.
If you are a Vegetarian or Vegan, we can make things work but if you are vegan, I have questions prior to you signing up, please email me.
• Cardio: Will always be listed if I think you need to do it, if you do not need it, we will discuss why.
Cardio will be broken down to what kind to do, how many days and how long per day.
• Abdominals: Everyone receives an ab workout. I have multiple to fit anyone’s current physical condition.
• We have training tip videos on youtube, some are private, most are open to the public but if I give you a training plan that has training tips, those are listed in your document.
• I will give supplement suggestions and I will guide you on proper water intake per day as well as give a list of other liquids you can take in per day.
• Your program length is for as long as you desire, you are initially paying for 12 weeks with a $50 per month fee as we go on but as long as you pay that fee, we can go as long as you desire. If you are someone who shows support on instagram and or Facbook by showing progression, I will take care of your monthly fee. Meaning I will lower it or maybe omit it.
I have worked with some for a couple years or longer.
We are a team and once people join, the team, they like to stay with us as many of us become like Family.
• This is our most popular program for Fat Loss and Lean gains of Muscle.
This goes back to your questionnaire, I ask you if you prefer lean gains of muscle and fat loss etc.
• The workout is anywhere from 4-6 days training, depending on your goals and availability to workout with weight. I tell you what body part to work, how many sets, reps, rest time as well as when to work abs and as mentioned plugging in cardio as needed.
• Never worked out with weight, No problem, I can start you out on a really light workout program, send you pictures showing you how to do each move on the workout, I can also lead you to videos showing you how to do each move. I put you on that from 4-6 weeks or until you feel confident enough to go onto a more intense workout program.
• I am here to help you succeed and I will do whatever I can to get you to those goals!

- This program has Updates that will be due every 13-17 days or as I tell you in your email. This is what sets this program apart from Option 2:
- Option 2 has no updates due. It is a one time fee for 1 program. No updates.
$250.00 is your initial rate , every 4 weeks a $50 fee will be needed in order to update your program & this is sent via invoice each month.
Generally you will have 2 updates due per month so the $50 fee will cover any changes we need to make in order to keep you progressing.
