The Psychotic plan is a 12 week plan designed to help you lose the maximum amount of fat possible in a 12 week time period while remaining healthy.

This plan comes with a combination of meal plans, cardio & multiple workouts..

Your meals will be altered every 13-21 days , but only if you provide the progression pics that are due after every 2 phases. The more work you put in and the more consistent you are, the greater the results you will see , for those results and your dedication levels, we will alter the meals up to help you to continue to push toward those goals. We may alter your meals up 2 times or up to 5 times.

This is one of our best plans for fat loss, the workouts are tough, it’s not your traditional style of training, we have many different phases to this which means your workouts will change every 2 weeks, every workout you get will have a different style of training to it. All the information pertaining to this program can be found below in the program description.

The workout will change every 2 weeks for a total of 12 weeks or 6 phases. The purpose of changing workouts is to keep your body in constant SHOCK, the greater the shock your body endures, the greater the results will be. It will never allow your body to adapt to one particular workout.
This program can be used by a beginner to the most advanced, if you are a beginner, we will put you on a light workout to get you accustomed to the intensity of this program. That is free in addition to the PFD.

PHASE 1:

You lift heavy for this phase, which causes great fat burning due to the lifts you will be making. The heavy lifting has caused lean mass gains, so you may not see the scale numbers drop in this phase, but you will see a huge change in body fat percentage and the way clothing fits. Number of workout days is 4.

PHASE 2:

You will once again be heavy lifting, but you will do one final set of every move with a really high amount of reps. During this phase, you will see more fat loss and with the high reps included, you will begin to see the number of the scale move. Number of workout day is 4 and duration at the gym is about 90 minutes.

PHASE 3:

This phase brings you close to 6 days per week of training. You go into really high lifts, and you will be targeting every body part 2 times per week. 5-6 weeks is the average time it takes for someone on a “diet” to start losing fat, but you are way ahead of the game here, as the fat is already meltingm it goes into overdrive here as your metabolism is beginning to speed up due to the meals you are taking in. You will need about 1 hour and 20 minutes per session to complete this phase.

PHASE 4:

This phase brings really high reps, and you are now at 5 days per week of training. You will mix and match the body parts you target, causing an insane shock to your body. The fat is still melting, and you will need about 1 hour and 20 minutes per session to complete this phase.

PHASE 5:

Here you go into a phase where you will do 3 consecutive moves with no rest between sets. This brings major cardiovascular endurance to your body, as well as insane fat burning from another fast placed workout that will build endurance and stamina, as well as insane fat burning from the workouts incorporated with light and heavy lifts. You will need about 1 hour and 15 minutes per session to complete this phase.

PHASE 6:

You have made it to the final weeks, you should see really great progress here. This workout is 4 back to back moves that have you heavy lifting as well as lifting for high reps. It is another fast paced workout that will build endurance and stamina, as well as increase lean mass and cut the remaining fat off of you. This phase can also be purchased individually as the Extreme Fat Destruction program. The time duration to complete the entire workout ranges from 50 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes per session.

There is no limit on the number of emails I will accept from you, if you are dedicated and committed to your goals and can show me the changes you are making. For instance, do not expect me to assist you if you go missing for 6-8 weeks with no check-ins or updates.

Package Pricing:

This program will require a $185.00 start up fee and then after every other phase, you will be required to submit a $30 payment before moving on. Payments will be due after 4 weeks & 8 weeks.
If you continue to work with me after the 12 weeks, we can work out a price based on your progression pics . The greater the progression , the better deal you get.

You aren't required to pay the additional fees at the 4th week, if you are happy with what you have, you can stay there with no alterations Please note that your questionnaire will be emailed to you around 10pm est the date of purchase.
