We Offer 2 Options for Show prep: We can do a 14-18 week prep or we can put you on a package where we work together for a full year, going through Off season and Prep & then a Proper rebound.

Pricing for Show Prep will be given to you in the email I need you to submit after reading below.

We will coach you for any Category.

What we need to get the Process Going!

I need pics to determine if I think I can get you ready, I also want to see if you carry enough muscle for the category you are interested in.

Pics: Front, Back and Side
Females: Bikini or shorts and sports bra
Males: Boxers or Posing trunks 
No Selfies or Mirror Pics
Be aware of Shadows, take pics in good lighting

Posing is a major part to competing so we do offer posing assistance as well. 
In Person, Skype, Facetime or Google Meet are options.

The System:

Once we determine if you are someone we can work with, below is what to expect throughout your Prep.

  • Once payment is made through an invoice we will send you.
    You would then receive a Questionnaire in which we collect vital info for us designing your program. 
    Once you return that, you will be looking at a turn around time of 5-8 days. 

    What You will Receive!

  • Training: A plan that I find necessary to help you reach the goals. 
    This training plan may change throughout prep or it’s possible we may not alter it at all, it will be based on how you progress along the way.
  • Nutrition: I tell you what to eat per meal, there is no guess work. 
    Your meal plan will have foods broken down to the ounce  and sometimes grams.
  • Cardio: Outlined to the minute.
  • Abs: I have 3 ab routines I like to use during show prep.
  • Supplement suggestions.
  • Details on water and other fluids, plus seasonings and Condiments that are permitted.

    Finally a lot of other info that will help you succeed , including videos on training plus we show the best ways we found to prep food.       

                   Updates

  • 16-18 weeks out: Updates every 13-15 days. 
  • 13-15 weeks: Updates every 10 days.
  •  3 weeks-12 weeks:  Weekly Updates.
  • 2 weeks out: : 5 days updates.
  •  7-10 days: 4-5 days
  • Final week: Every day.
  • Day before show: Multiple check’ins
  • Show Day: Multiple Checkins but not in a way to bring on stress.

  What to expect at Checkin
Each time you will have to supply pics 

  • You will be required to supply me with a good deal of info  each  time.
  • We may alter Food, Training, Abs and or Cardio or we may not alter anything.
  • Updates are done the same day.

You will never be left guessing on anything, I will always be available to help or answer questions at any time.

You will have my phone number from 12 weeks out and on.

Constant email support plus I will give you access to a private Facebook group full of Team Members who give constant support.

I will critique videos of your training if you wish (I’ll suggest this once we get started)
I will make you any sort of video to assist you with your training. No Charges
I can do an Online Virtual Training session for $55.00
I am willing to come train you one on one or you can come to me.
If I come to you, you will have to pay for all Travel including a room.

Posing assistance: $30.00 for 30 mins online
Posing assistance: Traveling to you: You pay for travel time and a nights stay, unless you are close to Kentucky
You can also come to us for posing assistance and it is $30.00 for 30 mins in person.

Female Transformation Challenge!

10 Weeks: Win $1,000

Rules & Regulations:

  • Only 10 Women can enter this challenge.
    After this we will do a Male Challenge!
  • Entries must be submitted by December 22nd
    The official Contest Begins on Monday January 6th.
    The Challenge will end on March 16th 2020 Exactly 10 Weeks.
    Final pics must be submitted on or before March 16th at 9pm est.
  • Registration fees which includes your Program from us at Fitnesspoynters is $300.00
  • $100.00 out of every Entry will go into the Giveaway which is $1000.00 in cash at the end of the challenge!
  • $200 (50% off the original Transformation program price) will go to me designing your program which is a Nutritional plan, Training plan, cardio outline, supplement suggestions and a lot of other information and tips.
    Whatever I can do to help you succeed, I will do it.
  • Updates will be due as I ask for them, at this time we will make changes to the program as I see necessary.

These must be taken and submitted in order to participate:
You must have a piece of Paper with the term: FP2020 Challenge visible and posted on the wall behind you. (Example will be given in your questionnaire)

  • Front Back and Side with Arms Down in every pose.
  • Full body pics, no upper body only, no lower only. Visible from Head to Toe.
  • Lighting is key, do not take pics with it somewhat dark or if you are covered in shadows.
  • Any additional pics such as flexing pics are welcome, but you must have the 3 main pics, no exceptions.
  • It is mandatory to post Progression pics at every update. I will base changes to your plan on your progression through those pics. I suggest you take pics in the same outfit at each update!

Prizes:

(Awarded 10-14 days after the Challenge ends)
1 Overall Transformation winner which will be voted on by 5 people at the end of the challenge.
